When shopping for seating for your counter, be sure to know the height you want and the lingo. Counter height stools the seat is 24-26" above the floor correspondingly the table is 35-36" high. Bar stools the seat is 28-30" therefore the matching table or counter is 40-42" high.

To add visual interest to a wall hang scroll iron pieces as your wall art, place a cool clock over your desk or on a night table instead of your digital clock. Even try different paint applications (High gloss accent wall or monochromatic stripes)

It's always fun to find new and exciting ways to use an item unconventionally. Don't limit your design energy to how a manufacture says an item should be used. For example over the door wall plaques can also be used on the side of a door vertically or over a window to fill that odd space between the window and the ceiling. The possibilities are endless especially if the item is none directional.
